MAYO Fine Gael TD, John O’Mahony, has described as amazing the revelation that the Minister for Transport, Noel Dempsey TD, has no responsibility to Dail Eireann in relation to the workings of the National Car Test (NCT). Deputy O’Mahony made the discovery this week when he questioned the Minister over the delays in the NCT and the numbers of people seeking to have their NCTs.
